We are currently looking for an experienced engineer scheduler, ideally someone with experience in a drainage division, to join a busy and fast-paced company in Uxbridge.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a confident telephone manner. You will work closely with clients and engineers, supporting all works being carried out from initial quote through to completion and aftercare.
Duties include:
- Coordinate and oversee all pump and drainage repairs, servicing, and emergency works
- Ensure works are completed within agreed timescales and that all job completion reports are issued promptly to clients and property managers
- Act as a key point of contact between engineers, internal management, and clients
- Maintain accurate certification, compliance records, and client reports
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) renewals, ensuring timely approvals
This role is full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, with one hour for lunch. Please only apply if you are able to work these hours in the office every day.
